I have been trying for 2 days to reserve my season ticket for replay. I cant even get logged in to the site. tried at 1.00am and again at 6.30am. is there a problem with the site

The new one will be just as shit unless you do the following;
1) Spend decent money for a decent product
2) Don't employ incompetent divs to run it

And don't forget they supposedly upgraded the Box Office system in October last year, promising "... for Hammers fans’ ease of use."
It's a complete shambles and whilst there's much to thank DS/DG for on the footballing side, the way fans are treated is appalling.
